What should I do if I want to return a product?
You must send the product to the address below within 7 days following the delivery date. The product must be returned with all original invoice copies, in its original and undamaged packaging (unopened), unused, not damaged due to misuse, and including all accessories. You are also required to write the reason for the return on the back of the invoice.

Note: Disposable and perishable products are not eligible for return. Products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, untried, intact, and unused.
What is the return period?
According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to return your purchase within the legal period of 7 days.
Which products are not eligible for return?

Products with removed tags, products that have been washed, or products that show signs of wear/use cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wedding & Invitation Collection: Returns are not accepted for products in our wedding and invitation collections.
Is there an exchange or return option for the Wedding & Invitation Collection?
Returns are not available for products in our Wedding & Invitation collection. Additionally, exchanges are not accepted for evening wear/occasion products if the neck tag has been removed, if the product has been worn, if it carries scents (perfume, etc.), or if it is sent without the original invoice.

Shipping Policy: Returns within Turkey must be sent via Sürat Kargo using the customer code 1343777332 (collect/receiver pays). If you choose a shipping company other than Sürat Kargo, the shipping costs must be prepaid by you; otherwise, the package will not be accepted.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Shipping costs for all products sent to vesnadesign.com.tr for return are the responsibility of the customer. Please fill out the return form located on the back of the invoice copy (which includes the distance sales contract) sent with your order.

International Orders: For international shipments, all costs related to exchanges and returns, including any additional fees, belong to the buyer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the product is inspected for compliance with return conditions, vesnadesign.com.tr will process the refund to your credit card. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 10 days to reflect as a positive balance on your statement. This process is entirely managed by your bank; vesnadesign.com.tr has no authority to intervene in bank processing times.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?
If the requested size is in stock, the exchange will be processed once your return item reaches our warehouse and is inspected.
"The product I received is defective." What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience. If the defective item is in stock, we will exchange it and send a new one to you immediately. Please note that our campaign stocks are limited. If the item is no longer available, your order will be replaced with an alternative product of your choice.
Why is my refund being paid in installments?
If you purchased your item using an installment plan, the total amount is refunded to your credit card at once. However, due to bank procedures, the refund may be reflected on your credit card statement in monthly installments by your bank.
